Solution
Approach:
- Content Curation: Implemented a system to scan various websites for relevant news. Later the system checked if the topic was already covered; if not, a human evaluator was notified via Telegram (alternatively, Slack, Airtable or google sheets could also have been used) to decide on coverage.
- Content Expansion: Upon approval, further research was conducted to gather comprehensive information beyond the original source, ensuring a well-rounded article.
- Content Creation: The AI generated articles in the company’s tone of voice and style, including selecting appropriate images automatically. Content was then pushed to the CMS (WordPress in this case), where it could be left as a draft for final human review as this customer chose (or it could have been published directly).
- Quality Assurance: Thorough testing and iteration of AI prompts and systems were conducted to ensure alignment with the client’s quality standards and tone.

- Total Duration: 3 months for full implementation, including system setup, AI prompting and testing, and integration with the CMS.
